Well I will be registering to vote in TX tomorrow  so I though I’d look at some political stuff.
I came across these two websites today about McCain’s views:

Wow the election is going to be crazy, but thankfully there’s only 35 days left  & let’s please hope that Ohio & Florida votes correctly this time.
I am getting tired of the insanity every 4 years.
But on the real you gotta give it to Tina Fey with this skit on Palin, OMG its hilarious when she starts gun shooting with her hands.

This is the cutest thing I’ve seen so far in the election (the dog is ok too) .

So for Amira’s she had 2 parties, a sleepover & a sweet & sassy party.

The sleepover went well (mostly because I left to have a few glasses of firewater while the kids were with Tarsha going nuts) .
Well the kids did everything but go to sleep. Here is a prank that the girls put on the first one to fall asleep.

I fell asleep around 2am but I do know they went to bed between 2:15-3am.
Then after bfast i piled the kids in the truck it was off to sweet & sassy.

Her school had a 3rd grade dance (I went along with my glock fully loaded ‘cuz these young 3rd grade TX boys need the scare of God put in ‘em).
The girl had a blast.

I’m really starting to get used to this warm weather thing in the fall, I think it was about 91 today.

SO you ask, “What does this Texan do on his Sundays?”

Basically I watched my Sunday morning political shows and then around noon decided to throw some Omaha Filet Mignon steaks & beef burgers on the grill. Yeah I said it BEEF!  No turkey, soy or tofu burgers for this manly man. Yeah Vegans hate me now (not to be confused with Las Vegans cuz I love vegas totally) .

Amira (at the speed of light) ran to change into her bathing suit as soon as she saw me open the grill. I turned on the home theater system (has an ipod connector) and turned on the wireless speaker for the pool area and played some tunes.

After I finished grilling I joined Tarsha & Amira for the very first dip into the pool after its $5,000 renovation. After 2 hours of cooling off & pretending like I can swim I had to get out the pool for a few glasses of Bermuda Rum & watch the afternoon football games.

That’s how Mike Lowery does it on a Sunday!

Yippie-kay-yay…I’m a Blogger!

Wow Finally!! After being inspired by Katie I had to setup my blog.
Well after a whole 15 minutes the hype of setting up my first personal blog has passed.

Maybe tomorrow I can work on getting my favicon working with this blog software.

Damn, I don’t have much else to say. My fingers are tired from typing I’m going to bed now.
